We have always done things differently because we believe a business can grow and thrive but still operate with empathy, fairness, and responsibility. Our mission is to support our clients as they progress toward being equitable workplaces. We partner with them to help them create a fairer and more sustainable environment for all, and we do this using coaching as an enabler for change. And we love what we do, because we take pride in the growth and development of each individual we support.

Our Story

We started in the 90s as a small, innovative, female-founded leadership coaching consultancy. We have become one of the largest independent coaching and leadership firms globally. Our coaches are often cited by our clients as best to work with in the industry. And we have been coaching leaders and executives for over two decades. Ten years ago, we realised that coaching was also part of the solution to gender inequality. Now our coaching-based programmes in women’s development, supporting parental transition and inclusive leadership help shift the needle.

How ECC Supports Fight Forward to Empower Women

A partnership that combines coaching and boxing to challenge the status quo

ECC is proud to be a supporting sponsor of Fight Forward, a program that trains women in boxing and life skills. Our partnership started in 2023 and we sponsor 3 women who are mentored by former Gold medallist Lesley Sackey. We share a vision of empowering women by helping them overcome a system that has historically been unfair to them.  

Our contribution is to provide them with what we do best: the power of coaching. Coaching helps them develop their confidence, resilience, and leadership skills, while boxing helps them unleash their physical and mental strength. Together, we are fighting for a better future for women 

“Empowering women healing from abuse to train as boxers & step into the ring.” 

Under the guidance of former Gold medallist Lesley Sackey, 10 women undertook an intense 12-week journey culminating in an electrifying showcase of their boxing skills and transformation. 3 of which were sponsored by The Executive Coaching Consultancy.
