Gender Pay Gap reporting: How a pay gap is created and what an employer can do to close it

During the month of May, ECC & UBS jointly held an exclusive round-table with a number of clients and colleagues to discuss the passing of the GPG reporting deadline and how to resolve some of the issues to make progress in time for next year’s reporting. The aim of the discussion was to share experiences and pool ideas on initiatives to tackle the causes of the Gender Pay Gap. As a result of this, ECC also published a research report entitled ‘Gender Pay Gap Reporting: How a pay gap is created and what an employer can do to close it.’
